my 3 issues by VC , Mailing and page title

first thanks for your all help and hard work on continuous theme update.

i have 3 issue with theme as below:
1. Setting fixed background/ parallex feature with VC:
for fixing background, when i change the rate of parallex it stretch image of background ( make it bigger), and for default it s not full width which i choose stretch from dropdown menu, also there is no FIXED Background Option for row section !!!!!
VC is different. in the past VC has three tab for setting background but now when i open VC it just has 2 tabs, i attached the picture of VC fixing background for now and past. now VC has 2 Tab. how can i set ¨Fixed Background¨by VC for any section (row) and how can i solve my parallex issue ???

1. To be honest, we don't know if this could be even changed. VC constantly changes and to be honest with every update is more understandable and less friendly and we really have no idea where this can be changed if even could be because recently some options/features of VC has been just removed.
2. Subheader title can be removed with an extra css:
#Subheader .title { display: none !important; }3. Ok but what is exactly happening? Did you get any error during sending an e-mails or what? On screenshots you showed us just syntax errors.
