Site not sending emails

There are 3 places you can send an email from, seems they all use contact.php
I've edited the very few items in contact.php, really just the email address to send it to.
The buttons on the page do nothing, they don't even act like they are doing anything.
What else do I need to do to get these working? Are there any instructions, can't find them if there are.
