Internet Explorer shaky/Jitter During Scroll on Parallax and Buttons Jerk page on all search engines

I have a clients website I created but there are errors I need fixed.

The error is on the Parallax effect. It's "shaky" and "jittery" during scrolling in Internet Explorer 11.

The website is http://how-nanohomes.com.au/b2b/

I tried everything to try and fix it. Even with codes I found online but they didn't work.

Can you please direct me on how to fix this error.

Another problem is when I create buttons to go to a certain section on the same page, it doesn't scroll smoothly. It jitters and it's shaky also. This problem happens across all search engines. I need it to scroll smoothly to the section.

Please get back to me as soon as you can.

  • Hi,

we tested included parallax effects in different browsers and translate3D works best in IE. If you want, you can change parallax effect under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section but please notice there is no other way to change it.

About 2nd question, if scroll effect doesn't work, it means you forgot to activate One Page feature. More details about that you can read on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation#menu

    Thanks!
  • About 2nd question: I did activate the one page feature but it still didn't work. Trust me. I'm a very qualified developer.

The client ended up removing this feature because it was that bad. I spent a good eight hours trying to figure out why it was jumping like that.

I'll see if the client can put it back so you can see for yourself. But you need to see and test the issue for yourself for you to understand this is a real error.
  • About 2nd question: Here is the link to the Button error http://how-nanohomes.com.au/b2b-temperory/

The visible green buttons at the top of the page with labels. Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers e.t.c.

It doesn't scroll to the section. It jitters. Not A Smooth Transition. On All Search Engines.

Now will you believe I'm not imagining things and take me seriously?
  • We tested it many times and we didn't noticed anything bad. And like we wrote above, parallax feature can not be changed as included ones are the best looking. However, if you are a qualified developer, you can replace existing parallax effect (just do necessary changes in the code) with the one you think is much better if current is not good enough for you.

About 2nd, please send us dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to attach link to current topic so we know what for the access is.
  • Sorry, Your first paragraph

What are you basing this comment on? Were talking about the 2nd question. The buttons.

Are you admitting you can see the very obvious problem with the go to section buttons? The way it jitters and jolts and doesn't scroll to the section smoothly?

I'll send you a screen shot of the settings to the buttons instead.
