Need help updating my old be theme to new one

So i tried to use woo commerce and it would not work . Im on version 10.4 (bought a while ago) i tried to install new one it fails cus it already exist . can you guys update it for me without it messing up current site . pretty pleease.

Hi,

to use latest version of WooCommerce, you must have latest version of theme installed as well. So please remove all theme files via FTP and upload the newest one via FTP as well.
