hide dropdown of categories and hide meta in a post

hi

i selected "hide subheader" but in a post i still see under the title: "published by", date, etc.
i don't want to see it.
how do i remove it?

i also see dropdown of categories and dropdown of tags. 

i don't want to see it.
how do i hide the dropdowns?
