Contact form missing

I installed the translator theme on 2 different Wordpress sites to make sure I didn't do anything wrong.

It seems the custom contact form wasn't imported with the demo content.

The contact us page is looking for [contact-form-7 id="48" title="Contact page"] which doesn't exist.

Any idea how to create this so I can call it via the shortcode?

Did you installed Contact Form 7 plugin before demo import then?

I am not sure if it was before or after.

No, you can not import just the form. You need to create it manually. So if you tell us which form you mean, we can tell you what code we used to create it or you can create it manually the way as it has been explained in cf7's doc http://contactform7.com/docs/
