Remove menu of one specific page

I cannot find a way to remove the menu and header of a specific page. Same themes have on the page that option on the right side of the page, but here I cannot find a way. Please help.

Hi,

to remove header and footer from specific pages, please set Blank template for those pages.

Exactly that the point, I cannot find an option to set Blank Template on the page.

Do I need to code it or there is like and "one the page option" if than I cannot find it.

Do you see Page Attributes section on the right when you create/edit pages? Under this section you have Template field where you can switch from Default Template to Blank.
