Move menu items lower in header

I want to move the menu items lower so that they are closer to the arrows pointing up. Can you show me how to do that, please?

Hi,

to move menu items down, please use the following css:

#Top_bar .menu > li > a { padding: 110px 0 0 !important; }

Thanks for the response! It works well.

Just a note - I removed !important, because when I scrolled down the menu kept the padding and showed outside of the menu area.
