Problem with icon-clock construction page ... icon in chrome is in chinese

Here is an image of how it looks in chrome. I would like to know if there's a fix to this problem. the icon is not working on cell phone either ... but working with explorer. https://postimg.org/image/lu13coym9/

it’s because of CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/8TnNjh8QM.png

More details about the CORS you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for sure.
