Unable to update from 10.4 - RTL web site

i have a website using 10.4 version, and each time that i want to update version i have a lot of issues on the website.

i even try to use clean 13.9 version without update and i have same issue

The problem is when i do the update

i am using the 10.4 version and its ok, but when i want to update i have issues 

i trying also with clean version.

you need try to update and then you will see. for this you need the back end info.
