Hi, I'm trying out the theme at the moment and if I can get on with it would like to use it for multiple sites. However I'm having two problems at the moment:

1) It seems that there is some sort of inbuilt padding for the slider. If you look at [Links visible only for registered users] you'll see there is padding left and right. I did have this problem before using a revolution slider and your answer was to import a theme then customise it, but is it not possible to create a website without doing this ?

2) The layer slider WP thumbnail & navigation buttons seem to have been disabled. All options have been ticked, but none are showing. I've used layer slider for other sites and the 'on' option buttons are dark green whereas on your theme they are light green. Are they working properly ?

    Apologies for second question, I stupidy only did one slide so of course there would be no thumbnail !

    OK I seem to have the left/right margin issue sorted.

    The only problem left now is that the background picture rises into the nav bar as the window size decreases and is partially hidden behind it. When it reaches smartphone size it looks OK. Is there a way of avoiding this ?

    For that you must play with Revolution Slider settings. Please increase slider height and all should be fine.

    I'm getting there, and the theme is starting to look great ! One problem I have is that the social icons positioned top right cannot be seen against the slider background. Is there a way of converting the small letters into a proper icon such as the facebook one ([Links visible only for registered users])

    Can you make a screenshot of what you mean? Because we don't see any issues on your website related with icons.

    If you lookat [Links visible only for registered users] you can see that the social media icons are barely visible, and against some slider backgrounds not visible at all. The best would be to have proper icons as mentioned before, but if that is not possible maybe change the text colour or background so they stand out. I did try changing these parameters in options (both top bar and action bar) but neither of these had any effect.

    We tried to check those icons on your website but they don't even exist in the code so we have no idea from which page you get them on screenshot. However what you can do is change icons color and this can be done with below css: 
    #Action_bar .social li a { color: #FFF !important; }
    And in this case this is all we can suggest.

    Thanks for that. I'm testing out the site at the moment to see how suitable it would be for future clients, so not always easy to give a screen shot, but I'm doing a site at the moment which has top right icons as you can see at [Links visible only for registered users]. Is this possible with your theme ?

    You're welcome :) We have social icons in right top corner but not the same style as you showed on example above.

    Thanks once again for excellent support, rare these days to get this level of service ! Re your last answer I'm using a social icon plugin so hopefully that will sort that out. The website is now I think starting to shape up nicely, but I do have one issue you might be able to help with.

    I noticed that on an iPad the menu doesn't display and therefore leaves a white space, even though there appears to be room for it. I looked this up on Internet and it seems others have same problem but there is no obvious answer, though custom css to change break point from 768 to 480 might work ? What would you suggest ?

    I had a look and changed both responsive-960.css and responsive-1240 to "@media only screen and (max-width: 480px)" (started with 960 then that didn't work so went down to 480) but that doesn't seem to have worked. I don't have cache plugin

    So if this won't work for you then we have no other idea what else we can provide you. This works for all other users and we have no idea why it does not work in your case. We'll think about this option in future probably but at this moment this can be done the way we described above.
