Mobile header overlays page content on Shop demo
Building a site for a client and it is good on desktop. On mobile though, the header ( action bar, social links, mobile logo) are displaying incorrectly. Rather than the page content appearing below the header is is beneath it. I updated the theme to 13.9 and even tried many ways of adding media queries and also custom classes with added margins to the content area and nothing worked. Please advise.

as we can see, you set transparent header for mobile under Theme options > Responsive section and that's the reason why the content overlap header.
