Creating a Gallery

Hoiw do I create a gallery on my page with the betheme options - I can't seem to finds this, 

I want users to be able to scroll through pictures with their arrow keys, rather than me insert separate images on the page ...

Please explain thank you

yes, but can I place these within my actual page theme, as part of the betheme columns and rows ?

and not at the top in the old traditional editing box ....

Yes, you can. On the page we gave you above, at the bottom you have link to Gallery shortcode where you can get the text shortcode and put it into any place where shortcodes are allowed.
