looks like you did something wrong in the code. Not sure if it comes with one of your extra plugins or you did modifications in theme files and that's why it doesn't work properly. We suggest to deactivate extra plugins but if this won't help, you need to look for a mistake in places where were customizing.
What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you did some modifications and don't know where you did the mistake, you should contact with your web developer. Please notice that we can not be responsible the the errors or mistakes you did on your side.

I found also the error, it was my fault because of the tag manager.
Is there a solution or an update for the CSS files?
