How to create a custom skin with custom colors per layout

Hello

I want to have a custom set of colors like the ones in betheme options to apply to a custom layout that I want for some pages of my site. How to do that?

I have gone to the layout page and select custom skin, but I can only change

Subheader | Background and Subheader | Text color

How to be able to change the rest?

this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
