Single Post Picture Size

first of all, thanks for your awesome Support. I think I have a quite simple Question compared to those others.

Is there a way, to make the "single post pictures" fit the whole Box?

The Picture itself I uploaded via Wordpress for testing.

oh okey. Wordpress is hosted on an internal server....sorry.
