Mobile menu only works on homepage...no java errors...removed some css..what else?

Mobile menu only works on homepage...PLEASE HELP! I've read the other post here...tried to reinstall plugins..disable others, remove some extra css...no change.

Only difference I can tell between home page and others is the subheader..but when I change all those settings..no difference. Tried turning off all plugins, put a completely new install and have same problem!

Hi,

if you look at http://pasteboard.co/bgBiCe7fb.png you see that you got tons of errors in JS console which does have nothing to theme.
