Maximum Number of Elements

I have a ton of rows and wraps in a page on the translator theme. 

Everytime I add a new section, it keeps deleted the very last section when I update the page. I have spent the last hour modifying a second just to have it disappear twice when I updated it.

I have a VPS with virtually unlimited permissions. 

Anyway, I moved all of the wraps into just a couple sections and it works fine.
