If you mean this text which is on blog page, then please use below css in Theme options > Layout > Custom CSS section:

What you mean completely? Because we have no idea. Maybe you mean to use below code:

.love-text { display: none; }

Sorry for the delay, i downloaded the latest version and still the heart is showing above the share box.

Sorry but now we don`t understand. You mean this heart should be removed with latest update? We can`t remove it at all because most users use it. To remove it for your website is above css we gave you last time. But if heart still won`t disappear, please send us urls to all pages where you got this heart and want to remove it and we`ll create whole list of custom css to remove them.
