Menu "Squished" when scrolling down a page

Hi Muffin Group -

I'm having an issue where the main menu becomes squashes together when scrolling down a page

BeTheme 5.0

The header style I'm using is "Below Slider" with no custom CSS on it

If I change the header to "Fixed" it appears "squashed" all the time

Hoping you can help resolve this!

For those who are confused still, you need to create a new menu, not let wordpress automatically build the menu for you.

Creating a new menu and assigning it as the 'Main Menu' in Appearance -> Menus -> Manage Locations fixed my issue!
