Combine revolution slider with section arrow navigation?

Hi muffingroup, 

I'm able to install and select different slider from the theme, and I'm able to create section navigation by set the navigation to arrow.

Is it possible if I can combine both revolution slider with section arrow navigation? Where I'm able to click on the navigation arrow on revolution slider to navigate to the section below (similar to ART theme)?

Kindly provide the shortcode if is possible
