Page Scroll on Mobile

Hi!

When I view our site on a mobile device (tested on Safari and Chrome) the page has a sticky scroll effect.  I've disabled hover effects on mobile, but I still can't get the site to smooth scroll on mobile.  Scrolling on desktop is smooth and normal.  Any advice to get this fixed?

we did checked your site on mobile but we didn't noticed anything wrong. Would be great if you can tell us where the problem exactly is because we don't see it.
