how to change size portfolio images

If you want to change portfolio image size, you need to modify functions/theme-functions.php file. Inside file find line which looks like below:

add_image_size( 'portfolio-list',     1160, 450,  true  );     // portfolio - list

and modify images size. Also change from true to false the last value, because this is responsible for vertical images as you showed.

Of course after this change you need to upload portfolio images again or you can try to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/

yes i delete photos, upload. delete items and create new. not work

Ok, so please one more other thing. Instead of previous change, please modify below line instead:

add_image_size( 'blog', 576, 450, true ); // blog - list

as far as we know, for portfolio grid, comes the same size as for blog. Hope this will help you now
