Page Update Doesnt Work

Hi, from the past few days im having a issue and that is that the page doesnt update when i make some changes in the structure or even when i replace a text. Dont know why or what is causing the problem. Hope you can help me.

If you did checked everything, then please create file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to this page so we can have a look on your settings deeper.
