if disable responsive layout, how can I get into the submenu?

I turned off the mode "responsive" and activated the header Stack: Center

But in mobile devices (touch) i cant access submenu items. how do I fix?

Thanks for the link. We did checked and realized that the issue is on our side and this would be fixed with next theme update. It's all because you deactivated responsive mode.
