Menu background color showing transparent on mobile

On mobile-sized screen widths (actually any screen under 770px in width) shows the menu with a transparent background so it's hard to read and/or click on the exact menu item you are looking for. How can I target that with CSS? I tried...and I tried...& I failed lol

to set up menu background on mobile, please use:

#Top_bar #menu ul li { background: #000 !important; }

I need to change menu background for the site, so I guessed it had to do with the #Top_bar thing but I have no idea where to change it.

Where should that go?

@CarmenGadw Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.

@alecabral You can do this under Theme options > Colors > Header section.
