Ok, so to increase the number size on counter and it's label, you need to use the following css:

.counter .desc_wrapper .number { font-size: 70px !important; }
.counter .desc_wrapper .number-wrapper .label  { font-size: 70px !important; }

You can do both with the following css:

.counter .desc_wrapper .title { font-size: 30px !important; }
.counter .desc_wrapper .number-wrapper .label.prefix { color: #FFF !important; }
