Demo Won't Download

Hi!

Whenever I try to download a demo I receive the following message: 

Sorry, there has been an error.

The file does not exist, please try again.

I have looked up possible reasons for why this is happening and from what I could find it was suppose to be due to the theme not being up to date. I updated the theme to its latest version and the above message is still occurring.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Hi,

how exactly you tried to import the demo? Did you used '1 click installation' feature for that? Did you made it the same was as it was described on our instructional video?
