Elements rearranging when browser scales

When I make the viewport of the browser smaller, some elements rearrange with an animation. (Enlarging the viewport make the elements move back to their original positions.) 

Is this a bug or a feature? What is this rearranging intended to be? How can one avoid this?

Do you know what is meant? (I can not provide a link yet.)

we need to have a look on it because we are not sure what you mean. So if you can not provide link, please find such effect on one of our demos so we can know what are we talking about.

I didn't find such a behavior on your demos.

So if you didn't saw anything like this on our demos, it means that this behave have nothing to theme. What we suggest in such case is to start from removing extra plugins first. But if this won't help, please remove any version you use and install latest version of theme files but via FTP only.

I have found a demo:

when resizing the viewport larger or smaller than 1200px elements "Post with HTML5 Video" and "Post with slideshow" rochade, right? 

There seems to be more uncommon behavior related to this. The last elements are not left floating. They are arbitrary positioned. We use wmpl for translations and each translation can have such positioning flaw.

As we see, posts are aligned to the left side on smaller screens what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/4zANOLWWG.png and this behave is the only proper one. So basically, we do not see anything wrong here.
