Menu within mobile - back image drops underneath menu

Hey guys,

Is there any chance within the mobile version of the site, the menu can sit on top of the header image as it does on the desktop and side tablet mode?

It seems that we are using dead space at the top.

as we can see, the menu sit on the top already so we do not understand what exactly you want to do.
