Is there any way to make the sticky header "fixed" instead of "sticky"? Also, how can I change the scrolled header so that the background is not transparent?
yes, it is possible. If you want your header to be fixed, just set up FIXED header type under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section. But about transparent background, please send us link to such page so we can have a look a see how it was made.
