to add social icons above the top header, all you need to do is set up links for social icons under Theme options > Social section and then activate Action Bar under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.
ok found out what my problem is , I cant see in Settings/Color where to change the top header social icon color and the Action Bar Color Phone and Email Icons + Slogan Color
@julianeumer Your social icons does not work well because are hidden by header. You customized header and made it only 20px from the top and this is the reason why header overlap icons. What you can do is increase z-index for Action Bar with the following css:

i posted my Facebook URL to the social section and activated the Action Bar. But the links dont appear at my action bar. What am i doing wrong?
