Displayed information when sharing on Social Media

When sharing my site - www.filtrme.co.uk - on Facebook (for example), it doesn't carry any information into the share. It just says "Your website is ready to use" and then the domain name. Is there any way to auto default to the SEO description? I've never come across this happening before.

please switch to default WP theme and check if you got the same problem.
