Menue style is not working as expected

Hey Guys, 

i want to cange my Menue Style an need some help. Actual i got just the standard Dropdown Menu, but i want to cange it to a Static Menue. So my first try was to cange the Header Style from Simple to Plain, but its not working as expected.

please show us how you expect your menu to look like. Did you saw the menu you want to use one our demos somewhere?
