Both the H2 and paragraph headings are not showing the intended color.

Hi there. My colors are set for each heading, and unfortunately it's coming out as a white text. H2 is set at #0014FF, and paragraph is black. Why am I seeing the text in white? I refreshed everything, and nothing works. Thanks.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

P.S. Anticipating your question, yes, those errors are not associated with theme and were made by you or one of your extra plugins.

Okay, so I'm able to view it. I don't know the much about coding and major differences between html and css, so what should I be looking for? 

In this scenario I used <h2>text</h2>. Is this not css? I don't understand how this is conflicting with the code. I'm sorry that I don't know much. Your insight is greatly appreciated.
