Defer or eliminate render blocking javascript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Hello, 

Is it possible to defer the loading of javascript within Betheme? 

I have W3 Total Cache installed and the "inline JS and CSS" options selected but I'm still getting this error on my pagespeed tests. I also have MAXCDN installed and am getting "optimize CSS delivery" for CSS files on my pull zone within MaxCDN. 


Just curious if there is anything I can do here to defer loading of Javascript and CSS.
