How to delete index.php?

Hi guys, I need to delete "index.php"

Example:

http://www.dominio.com/index.php/nuestra-empresa

should be 

http://www.dominio.com/nuestra-empresa

This is to keep SEO.

Hi,

please check your permalinks then. But if you don't have index.php there, it means that you need to look for a problem somewhere else but it has nothing to theme itself.
