HI.
How do I add a static image below the navigation menu on all pages and posts?

Hi,
it depends what kind of image would like to to set but we think that background image for
section
or just an image in section would be enough.

It's a thin image, 1680px by 10px. How can I get it to show on single product pages? There's no option for sections.

We thought that we are talking about the same but now we realized that we don't. So would be great if you can show us on screenshot where you want to set this image and also please send us link to page where you would like to do this.

Your site is under construction and we can not have a look on it unfortunately.

Sorry about that. I've just taken it out of 'under construction' mode.

Ok. So we checked and we found where the problem is. Below you have all necessary steps of what you need to do:
1. Download and installed latest version of theme.
2. Under Theme Options > Global > General section, you need to set Transparent Top Bar with Menu
3. Then under Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header > Background > Position > Center Bottom no-repeat (option available since BeTheme 14.2)

Perfect!
Thanks!

Is it possible to make the image responsive too?

No, it is technically impossible to make the backgrounds responsive.
