How can I change the visible height of the featured image?

Hi, I have used a great image to appear above a page, by using 'featured image'. To mak it really cool I would like to make the height, so that the featured image will be more visible, bigger. How/where can I accomplish this?

Ok. So to increase header's height the same as we did on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/mechanic2/contact-us/ you need to increase Subheader's padding under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section. But to center title, under same section, you need to set Title & Breadcrumbs Centered option.
