Installed demo theme don't look like on BeTheme website

Hi,

I try some demo theme and I can't figure out why there is difference with the demo on your site.

By example with "Karting", the "news-events" page show no content (header, footer and the title only, not the news).

The extension are activated. The Slider Revolution demo kit for "Karting" is loaded.

Same thing with "Blogger" (960PX BLOGGER) and the page "Technology". The installed demo is larger, there is no sidebar, the filter for the post are not visible...

Is there a readme-installation-demo-theme file somewhere to follow some specifics details we must do to complete the installation?
Is some demo theme are deprecated? (But in this case why the demo on BeTheme website could look nice?)
Is some demo them not correctly updated?

"Karting" with the page "news-events":

It's only example. There are much more than that.
