Box: Hover Color

how can I change the color of the bottom line by hover the "hover color" (it's a Box).

I didn't find an answer...

This blue border can be changed under Hover Box settings but you need to remove all custom css's. You can see it's settings on http://pasteboard.co/9LqofF0Pv.png
