How can I change Icon box size?

I used 3 icon boxes on my Home page in horizontal order but on mobile version they have vertical order and they're too big.

Is there another way to put Facebook, Instagram and Twitter icons on the home page? I saw the social bar here http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/content-elements/ but I don't know how to put in the home page....
