WooCommerce product images not showing on product page

Hi!

I’m having a problem with the product images not showing up on the product pages. The thumbnails show up just fine in the catalog view, but when you go to a specific products page, it just shows a empty square where the images should be.

I already set the feature image for the product but is not working.

How can I solve this?

  • Hi,

please switch to default WP theme and check if the image display when default theme is active.
  • Hi!

I did your suggestion and it works with the theme Twenty Sixteen, all the images showed up on the product pages, and the gallery too.

    I already returned to Betheme.

What can I do to solve this?
  • Please remove theme files from FTP then and upload the newest one instead via FTP as well. Also, please update WooCommerce plugin to latest version and do not use any extra/custom solutions.

P.S. Before you will do above steps, please check under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section if you did not selected Use external plugin for featured images option by mistake.
  • I'm using the version 14.2 of BeTheme and the version 2.6.4 of WooCommerce.
    These versions aren't the newest?

There is nothing that I can do in the code to fiz this?
If I remove the theme files from FTP, I will lost all my settings...

I already check the theme options and I didn't selected to use external plugin =(
  • Yes, these are the newest one but you must modified something inside files if it does not work because images works fine on single product pages and we are 100% sure about. So or you need to remove theme files and upload them once again (if you will remove just files you won't lose anything because settings are stored in database). Or you can also disable all extra plugins and if one of them is not the culprit because it has nothing to original theme version for sure.
  • OK, I'll try this later and then I return here with the result.
    Thank you.
  • I did your suggestions to remove all files from FTP e install again the theme and it is working very well now.

I guess that my mistake was that first I installed the theme and after this I installed WooCommerce.

    Thank you very much!
