Hover Box & Links Not Working in Mobile View

I am having a problem with the Hover Box and text links not working in the mobile view. No hover and when trying to tap the image or click the text link ... nothing.

The only thing I have changed is in the rows column settings. I have change the responsive column width, could you possibly take a look and let me know what the problem is?

Hi,

you probably disabled hover effects on mobile under Theme options > Responsive section and that's why hover effects does not work.

No hover effects are enabled.

The text links are not working in responsive view either ...

If you look at http://pasteboard.co/1a3yYJizR.png you see that you have empty column which should be removed because this is a reason why it does not work as should.
