Nav/Menu & Logo Bar Not Appearing

Hey guys. One more issue... somewhere along the way the nav/menu on my site ([Links visible only for registered users]) began basically disappearing. It seems to be particular to Google Chrome (I just tested it in Safari on a whim and it's working fine I believe). Once in a blue moon it appears in Chrome but as far as I know, I didn't add/change any code to mess anything up. Not sure if anyone on your end can take a look and let me know if you see anything... but I'd appreciate any info you can give me!
