BeTailor Theme - replicate moving image links

HI,

I have been trying to recreate the image links right under the header image/video on the beTailor theme. 

http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/tailor/

Ive tried going through all the assets that are available and cannot figure out how the links were designed to move up ever so slightly. Can someone help show me how to do this?

these are Sliding Box items and you can use them with Muffin Builder.
