Cleaning up source code

Hey guys,

So our source code on https://socialrunner.net seems to be very messy, any tips on how to clean it up / remove unnecessary code would be great.

You can see on line #140 & #142 there's a heap of code, can that not be put into a CSS file and remove it from the page?

Our text/code ratio is 8% so we're trying to push that up to 20% or higher.

Also line 45-50 seems to be some kind of emoji code, how can we remove this?

this is CSS and it is not possible to remove it because your site would stop working.

Is it not possible to put it in a file and call that file from the site, instead of having so much of it on page?

I saw in another post you mentioned you could place it in custom.css if you wanted to take it of the page, can I do that or something similar?

Or if I use the static front page, can I put that code in the static css file?

Yes, you can put it into file of course but remember that if something wouldn't work as should because of your extra plugins or changes, we won't be able to help unfortunately.
