hi,

i have made a new page in wordpress theme and now i am trying to add woocommerce and other visual composer elements.

and When i click to on "add element" of visual composer its has no reaction. ( photo attached)

Ok, so everything is clear now. You are using version which is incompatible with latest Wordpress versino. Recent VC version is 4.12 so as you can see your is very old.
