Responsive Visibility option suggestion for each elements of a section

Hello,

I like to use on section per page, this way i can add a image as background for the entire page.

but i would also like to hide some elements when the page is loaded on a mobile / table ( they don't fit so well )

at the moment is not possible so i have to create another section. this section will use the body background or i can set up a new background for it.

i would like to avoid fragmentation.

did you tried WP Mobile Detect plugin [Links visible only for registered users]? Last time we did our theme compatible with this plugin and you can use shortcodes to hide or show elements.

Using this with Icon Box will not do the job

The content can be hidden but not the title and the icon
