Map Marker & Map Box Not Showing in Correct Locations

When my map is in Full Screen Mode, the map marker and map box do not line up.  The map box is always floating somewhere else on map to the left or the right.

How can I get them to align with each other when the map is in full screen mode.

Even when the map is in a boxed mode, the map box with address and phone is still way to the right, no matter what...

the contact box on the map is not pointing to the place on the map. It's not a marker. It's just a box with some company information.
